Hair & Vein Removal

Skin Metamorphosis
Yes, Skin Metamorphosisl treatments will help patients
suffering from photo aging of the skin, pigmentation
from sun exposure, fine lines, wrinkles, age spots and
irregularities in skin texture. Our technology helps
restore a more youthful appearance of the skin that
is non-invasive, improves damaged skin without disruption
of the skin's surface and no "downtime". We
combine this with other treatments for optimal results.
Acne & Rosacea Acne
is a common skin condition, especially among teenagers
and some adults. Traditional treatments include topical
creams and lotions as well as systemic treatment with
antibiotics and occasionally Accutane. Lasers and light
treatments have recently been developed for individuals
who either fail to respond to traditional treatment
or for those who prefer to avoid taking prescription
medications. These new devices work by killing bacteria
found in acne and also by shrinking sebaceous glands.
CFAA uses a combination treatment approach for best
results as well as ALA Photodynamic Therapy to treat
severe acne.
Botox
Botox® Cosmetic is a simple, non-surgical, physician
administered treatment that can temporarily smooth moderate
to severe frown lines between the brows in people from
18 to 65 years of age. Botox is the only treatment of
its type approved by the Food and Drug Administration
(FDA).
It's no accident that youth is associated
with high levels of hormones. Produced throughout the
body, sex hormones are critical to maintaining vibrancy
and good health. In recent decades, scientists have
begun to understand the powerful benefits of replacing
hormones lost to aging. CFAA will test and restore hormones
back to your optimal levels.
Dermal Fillers
Soft-tissue fillers used to help fill in wrinkles, fine
lines, and creases, temporarily restoring a smoother,
more youthful-looking appearance. When injected beneath
the skin, these fillers plump up creased and sunken
areas of the face. They can also add fullness to the
lips and cheeks. Some fillers include Juvederm, Restylane,
Revanesse, Evolence, Radiesse, Artefill, Redexis and
Perlane.
Peels & Dermafile
This service is an in-office procedure that is quick,
relatively simple and a highly tolerable peel with little
downtime. It can significantly improve the appearance
of brown spots caused by sun damage and aging. Our aesthetician
will custimize the best plan based on your skin type
and results you desire.
Wrinkles & Deep Lines
There are many ways to treat wrinkles and deep lines.
Dermal fillers can be used to fill many lines while
Botox may also be used to reduce the fine lines. Once
the lines and wrinkles are reduced we suggest a combination
therapy treatment plan such as Total Skin Metamorphosis
to correct problems and stimulate natural collagen re-growths.
Botox and Dermal Fillers may be used in combination.
Scars
Traumatic, accidental, old and new scars can often benefit
from surgical intervention. Available treatments include
punch-out, dermal fillers, Botox, Chemical Peels, TSM
and Photodynamic Therapy. For many patients, a combination
approach is indicated. For this reason, our staff is
uniquely qualified to treat and revise scars. Fortunately,
most scars will improve with intervention, and the results
can sometimes be amazing. Dr David Kalin uses a punch
elevation technique that works amazingly.
Eyes
Eyes are one of the easiest ways to tell someone’s age.
At CFAA we have many approaches to address these concerns.
From Botox, fillers, Mesotherapy, IPL, anti-oxidant
crèmes, hormone restoration & skin care products
or a combination approach, we can usually treat most
issues. CFAA also has a great perscription cream that
works wonders.
Cellulite/Fat Removal Cellulite
affects the majority of women over the age 20. It is
caused by poor circulation, fat herniation, a weakening
of connective tissues, lymphatic congestion and hormonal
imbalances. Cellulite is classified into four stages,
based upon its appearance while standing, laying, and
pinching the skin. Causing a dimpling and cottage cheese
appearance of the skin, cellulite is not a disease of
excess weight. The current arsenal of cellulite machines
are temporary at best.
